The Art of Bible Journaling
March 2019: Pauline Moncada
Hi everyone! I’m Pauline Michelle Moncada. You can call me Pauline or Pau. I’m from the Philippines and live with my husband, Jon and our two teen girls, Julianna and Jessica.
February 2019: Jennifer Hiatt
This is where I started—a $5 bible from Walmart, Crayola colored pencils, and child-like impatient scribbles. Journaling is not about talent, it’s about growing in God. Praise the Lord for that.
January 2019: Heidi Petterson
Hi I’m Heidi. I first began Bible journaling in a journal, around the end of 2014. In 2015 I started working in a regular NKJV Bible and in 2016 I received a journaling Bible for my birthday. I have loved art for as long as I can remember and I appreciate art history. In High School I “majored” in art and worked in a variety of different mediums. I then pursued photography in college but continued art on a recreational basis.
December 2018: Heather Elizabeth Short
Hey everyone! I’m Heather. I am 32 years old and I live in a small town in Virginia nestled in the heart of the Appalachian mountains. My husband and I have three children. I work as the Family Engagement Coordinator at a local elementary school and he’s the Associate Pastor/Worship Leader at our church. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my kiddos, reading, doodling, and bible journaling! I also love indulging in chocolate and sweet tea any time of day.
November 2018: Haley Smith
Hi there, my name is Haley. I live in the “land of 10,000 lakes” with my sweet husband of 4 years. I am a stay-at-home mama to our beautiful 1 year old daughter named Bonnie. She keeps us on our toes and floods our hearts with immeasurable joy. I have been walking with the Lord for 12 years but just recently was introduced to the wonderful concept of creating art in your Bible.
October 2018: Kory Callihan
Hi there! I’m Kory. I am 33 years old so far! I live in Indiana. My husband and I moved here from Missouri for employment. We just celebrated our 10 year anniversary! I have a bachelor’s degree in automotive, but I have been an artist all my life.
