Hello, my name is Debbie Minnaar. I am a mother to a gorgeous 18-year-old daughter, Jenna and wife to my amazing husband, Robert for the past 24 years. Cooper, our almost 4-year-old Golden Retriever and Dexter, our 21-year-old African Grey parrot, completes the Minnaar household.

I discovered Bible journaling in 2017 after Shanna Noel, the founder of Illustrated Faith, visited South Africa. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in May of 2018 and Bible Journaling helped me through a very difficult time. My conversations with God, while doing Bible Journaling, helped me to be strong and courageous, to be a Warrior that was not going to be defeated by the big “C”. Creative Bible Journaling is my worship to glorify our Heavenly father through my creativity, which is a gift from Him.
